This course will assist learners in understanding and applying concepts about dementia to their care of patients with Alzheimer's disease and other conditions in which cognition, memory, and expression are impaired. It will provide information on how providers can mentor and support patients and work collaboratively with families and other members of the health care team. The course provides 25 CNEs.
